Normally, Casa Bella Teepees is an adults-only retreat for guests aged 18 and over, however if the whole site is reserved, we are happy to welcome children and pets / Normalmente, Casa Bella Teepees es un retiro exclusivo para adultos mayores de 18 años; sin embargo, si se reserva el sitio completo, estaremos encantados de recibir a niños y mascotas

How is the temperature inside the teepees? / ¿Cómo es la temperatura dentro de los tipis?

Our teepees, designed in the original Sioux Indian style, have an outer canvas with a 10cm air gap above the ground and an inner canvas that touches the ground. This design allows air to flow upwards, keeping the teepee cool during warm summer nights. At 700 meters above sea level, we are open from April to October, ensuring a comfortable stay. / Nuestros tipis, diseñados en el estilo original de los indios Sioux, tienen un lienzo exterior con un espacio de aire de 10 cm sobre el suelo y un lienzo interior que toca el suelo. Este diseño permite que el aire fluya hacia arriba, manteniendo el tipi fresco durante las cálidas noches de verano. We are sorry, but due to past issues with dogs, we can't allow guests to bring dogs on to the site.

Yes! Themed bedding is provided, we also provide blankets, should you require them. Towels are provided for the bathroom. Beach / pool towels are not provided and we'd like our towels to stay on site, so please bring your own if you're likely to use the lakeside beach, waterfalls, canyon pools, thermal baths or spas.

We offer a breakfast basket that is delivered to your teepee at a time that suits you.
- Croissants with homemade jam & butter, yogurt, cereals with fresh milk, orange juice, coffee and/or tea only €7 pp, minimum 2 people 
You'll need to request a breakfast basket in advance.

No, the teepees do not have power outlets. However, there is power in your private bathroom, and we provide a double USB charger for your devices. Each teepee features a private gas barbecue for your meals. We supply all the crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans you need. Additionally, there's a pot wash area with two sinks, hot water, washing-up liquid, and cloths to keep everything clean. / Cada tipi cuenta con una barbacoa de gas privada para sus comidas. Proporcionamos toda la vajilla, cubertería, ollas y sartenes que necesita. Granada Airport is 1hr10mins and a very easy drive to get here.
 
You can also fly to:

There are two lovely restaurants on the lake, both with fabulous views and many in our local village which is 3k from our site. You will receive our recommendations on arrival.

Can I change my booking or get a refund? / ¿Puedo cambiar mi reserva u obtener un reembolso?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are non refundable, and if you cancel within 7 days of your stay you are liable to pay the remaining 50% of your booking / unless we are able to re-book your teepee.

We can only move bookings with 4 weeks notice.  Subject to availability

While your teepee is reserved for you, we are not able to accept bookings for the whole site and we are a very small business and only have 4 teepees, plus a short period to rent them, so we need to maximise rentals where possible.
